I was the homecoming queen my senior year in high school and also went to state in the shot put. (I only weighed 120lbs back then - I was definitely the smallest girl shot putter there! But I did better than most!)

i can turn both feet backwards (double jointed from the hips down ).

as a teen i talked my way out of getting a ticket for making a u turn on a freeway on ramp and then going the wrong way down the on ramp to get back onto the surface road (and the officer had sat there and saw the whole thing)
