My friend & I had a heated debate over Pirates Of The Carribean the other day. I told her that the ride was renovated this year after many years of being open, she said that it couldn't have been open for years & years because the movies came out only three or so years ago. I told her that it was originally a book series and then she asked if Walt Disney wrote the books! [shakes head]

My grandpa thinks I am the foremost authority on Disney that's ever lived,my mom thinks I'm obsessed,my grandma listens to my wisdom on what to do and when,and thinks it's stupid to argue with me about it,and my dad calles me a disney freak.
I could open my own travel agency by now!
Thats all I'm gonna say..... I COULD say more,a WHOLE LOT more,but I'd better not.

(i'm not a teen but i hope you don't mind the post)-i know that if you cry and throw a hissy fit big enough as a little kid in the part of the haunted mansion that's an elevator (where the pictures stretch) you get to ride to the bottem and then ride all the way back up with the lights on (after which you and your older cousin get banned from riding it for the remainder of the day)-this i know from personal experience

I know that they are building one for specially selected guests in honor of a year of a million dreams. And they were planning to build one for the Disney family before Walt died.

I know Walt started buying the land to Disney World is private when he was finding that the area around Disney Land was becoming too overcrowded with restaurants and hotels.

I know that the first moving AA figure was Abraham Lincoln after Walt's favorite President. During one of the Tests before it's premier at the World's Fair a hydrolic valve broke in the chest so that Red hydrolic fluid leaked out as Abe crumpled to the ground. Someone joked that they were recreating the Lincoln Assassination and Walt didn't like it so they've used clear Hydrolic fluid ever since.
