I am planning out my ADRs for my upcoming trip. I am interested in trying new places. I was wondering what you would recommend? It would be me a teenager and my mom. But don't be stopped my the word teenager I love disney and would be willing to do character dinning if there is great food.

try Japan in Epcot....You can order American cuisine but get there spin on the meal. Germany is a good idea, as it is a buffet, there are 'safe' options. The Wave at the Contemporay is a hidden gem. Another hidden gem is the restaurant at SSR, sorry the name excapes me at the moment.
