What would you like to see ADDED to DLP???

How does it compare to Casey Jr? My kids loved Casey Jr, but hated Big Thunder Mountain (way too fast for my DD5 and DD3). Is Goofy's closer to Casey?

Ive not been on Casey Jr yet....Hopefully someone else can compare :)

But i found Goofy's Brainstormer really fun, i was shocked that such a small little roller coaster would be as exciting and fun as it was :)

I would love to see the DL Indiana Jones ride. It's the same layout as the Dinosaur ride at AK, but because of the theming etc, so much better!

I would also like to have a Mickey's Toontown, also the DL version.

Mickey's Philharmagic is absolutely great!

And after all that, I would like Dole Whips and some decent stores. With that I mean stores who sell 1 kind of item, and not every store selling the same mix of merchandise. Examples: a decent "art" store, a watch/ jewelry store, a store with housewares, ...

Soarin is almost certain to open in the studios within the next four years.

I'd like to see the jungle cruise built. Adventureland is in need of more rides.

The little mermaid ride would be cool. It was part of the original plans but was scrapped. Now that they're building it in California, there's a good chance we could see it in Paris.

I read on the Disney&more site that there is a good chance of Indiana Jones (DL version), Soarin, The little Mermaid and an updated star tours within the next 5 years. It would be nice to get so many new attractions.

Apparently there's going to be more additions to Disney Village to. They're building another train station next down the side of WDS. There will also be a 'world of Disney store' and possibly an ESPN zone (restaurant/bar) next to the NEX game arcade.

There will also be another hotel built between Newport Bay and Disney Village, though this hotel will only be for conference guests

And after all that, I would like Dole Whips QUOTE]

can I ask without seeming a bit of a tweedle dum what are dole whips ,they sound nice

i would also like to splash mountain, as i remember having fun in tokyo disneyland (did you know it's not owned by Disney?!)
the little mermaid ride would be good i saw the plans on dvd special edition and it looked as if it would be good!

Splash Mountain would be great.

But they would probably have to close it down in the winter time and maybe that would cost too much money to do that. :sad2:

I would like to see a new park built, a european version of Disney's Animal Kingdom would be nice.

For me it would be more characters... I would love to see The Aristocats there and I know my girls would love that!

Never been to WDW (dying to go there) so have no idea about the Winnie the Pooh ride - Anya, my DD2 would be beside herself to see that - she loves pooh:

I saw the Winnie Pooh ride, Little Mermaid and Soarin Ride on YOU TUBE

WOW!!!! :thumbsup2

They look amazing and it would be sooooooo nice if DLP decide to add them rides to the park

I really want to go on Soarin and i know my daughter would LOVE Winnie Pooh and Little Mermaid Rides :cool1:

Do they still have that Little Mermaid Attraction at WDW but i guess they wouldnt bring it to DLP as its the same effects as Animagic.

My and my DBF just had an idea for a Disney ride the other day! I know it's not from WDW but I thought this thread seemed a good place to share it!
We thought a Bedknobs and Broomsticks ride would be cool! Similar to Peter Pan's flight, but you go on a bed rather than a boat, and you go down 'under the sea' then back up and through the 'island with the animals'!

I just got a brochure for WDW the other day out of nosiness... The Animal Kingdom looks amazing! But then, I just love animals!

in addition to my above post, i would love to see a Disney Sea park like in Japan -WOW does not suffice! All differently themed harbours, and an amazing water show!

Wow that sounds great :thumbsup2 BIG THUMBS UP!
Very creative of you ;)

I'd like to see Soarin, this is my ds favourite ride.

I'd also like to see a show like fantasmic or more firework displays as there never on when I go to dlp.

I think they should actually build a house for me so i never have to leave DLRP lol.

The thing that's really missing from DLRP is Splash Mountain although the following wouldn't go amiss:

1. The Indiana Jones ride from Disneyland
2. Totally agree with anyone who said Soarin - at least in Florida it's the most tranquil place to go on a hot and sticky humid day and chill!
3. The Winnie the pooh ride would be nice for my two DS

and finally, get rid of Honey I shrunk the audience and put Philharmagic in its place (I know it's completely the wrong location in the Park, but it's just Sooooo good!)
