What would you have them do with Stitch's Great Escape?

It's no secret that Stitch's Great Escape isn't the most popular ride in Magic Kingdom. I'm betting most of us would like to see them do something else with that area. What would you suggest they do?

My suggestion is a little out there, but I was thinking that they might want to bring back Horizons and put it there. Horizons was so similar to Carousel of Progress but future rather than past. Why not put it in Tomorrowland so people can do COP and then Horizons. Heck, Horizons was more popular than Stitch's Great Escape so it can't be the worst idea ever. What else ya got?

i'm not a huge fan of the attraction but i don't hate it with a passion either like some seem to.

why not just put extraTERRORestrial alien encounter back?
i loved that attraction even as a kid and i was not afraid.

I'd put Alien back in, but move it to HS to give something else to do in that park until SW Land opens. It was pretty scary then--just lame now.

Tomorrowland in general needs some attraction love ... Those three attractions (Buzz, Laugh Floor, Stitch) just don't fit into the land I feel. I'd prefer to have back "neutral" attractions that fit into the whole "TTA" theme and tie back into Space Mountain and the People Mover. How about the old "Mission to Mars" style attraction back.
How about some Miles from Tomorrowland attraction?

It's not a horrible attraction, (I found it cute) but it just isn't one for repeats. I can't wait for my son to experience it once (years from now) .. I am just not sure what it's target audience is. Potentially too scary for preschoolers, not scary enough for older kids/adults and once you've experienced it... just not thrilling or funny enough to repeat.

I don't hate it either, but it is certainly an area in MK that could use a makeover. I'm no Imagineer though so I couldn't imagine what.

I'd love to see either a space travel ride like the original Rocket to the Moon/Mission to Mars, or an inside-the-microscope ride like "Adventure through Inner Space," but with cutting edge technology to make it more exciting.

I liked Alien Encounter, but there are few instances of "going back" to a previous iteration of a WDW attraction. I suppose it could always become another gift shop.:duck:

Having thought about it gave me an idea. I tend to think in terms of the space and what could go in without major structural changes. The space is really a theater (well, two theaters), not a ride. The theaters are round, so I thought about a planetarium. Newer planetariums have full video domes, and they could create a Soarin' like ride with a space theme. I mean, that's not that far from what Mission to Mars was, but that small screen in the center floor just didn't simulate motion. The key would be to simulate motion using the large screen (throw in 3D too) without having to actually install a moving ride (maybe gently moving chairs). It feels like the space could be outfitted like that (though, again, I'm no Imagineer). I didn't come up with a story or anything, but it would easily fit in Tomorrowland. The Pre-show areas wouldn't need much changing either (I actually rather like the current Stitch pre-show; it's better than the actual show!). I dunno, just my thoughts.

I miss alien encounter, but I also love stitch as a character. I wish they could make it more space related and keep him involved somehow. The smells need to go. I haven't even been in there in longer than I could remember, so I couldn't give any more specifics than that.

Bring back Dreamflight! That really was my favorite attraction as a kid...
