What Would Mr. Creosote Do? 4 Weekends at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival

Finally - a review of the Party - I wondered how the food looked and tasted after the first weeks pictures - I havent really seen many reviews later in the Festival!!

Thank you! Altho the chefs did seem to out do themselves in the pumpkin/squash entrees - it will be interesting to see what becomes of the party next year!!

Love the Smackdown. The only thing I tried on your list was the pierogi, and I agree...blech.
 
I went to the Zimmern demo the next day....and he was beardless then! I wonder why he was sporting his caveman look for you guys.

He talked about stinky tofu at our demo too. Someone asked him what the worst thing he ever ate was - Inevitable question with Andrew Zimmern I suppose.

When I went they served Meeker Fro-ZIN with the Quail.

I did love that sauce, I can't wait to try making it at home! I kept teasing my Grandma, who came with me, that I hope she liked crispy fried ants or something like that.
 
I had him sign a book on Halloween and I thought he still had the beard. He had the five o clock shadow I guess. Maybe he heard us say he looked like Beelzebub.

I was told the chipotle would be returning and the passion fruit margarita is going bye bye - if you liked those and you'll be around there soon you may want to get one.

And thanks out there to whoever besides me complained about no chipotle.

The bartenders take care of me there - last time out it was Jamie, Pepe and Hector who made my margaritas. thanks guys.

I completely didn't know you mentioned the chipotle and passion fruit changes until I read your reply in another review. I think you said your review disappeared, but I'm bumping it through the link I have in my review.
 
Any chance you could snag the recipe for the chipotle margarita? I have a hubby who would like to try to make it himself since he won't get back to try it in person for a long time. ;) Thanks!

Will ask the boys at the Ditch when I get there. They might have the stuff for the foam pre-mixed. But I do remember there was a bartender in Vegas who'd made chipotle vodka (not at Red Square either) so infusion is possible.
