DH and I cannot do steps. As mentioned on booking site, all the buildings have steps because the villas start on the second floor and if you want the elevator building, request HA villa.
Until our last stay, we had always gotten the “request’ for elevator building, so now I do book HA. HOWEVER, if I had the one bedroom in the elevator building I wouldn’t need the HA.
They made a booking category at OKW without changing points, but people who needed to be near HH could get what they wanted/needed. Why can’t they do a booking category at HHI?
I have asked them why they don’t, and never got an answer beyond “ we have sent your email over to the resort.”
We do own at HHI, and have a few stays coming up, and yes, always in HA accommodations.
