We're going back to the World in April, and since we'll be staying onsite this time around we decided to splurge and do a character breakfast. Which would be a good one for us. There are 5 of us total, 3 of us are teens (18, 14, 13). All of us teens are girls. We're not huge on the embarassment thing (we will NOT be eating at WCC during the week), but we're pretty open to suggestions.

My dd is 14 and she likes Chef Mickeys and the Crystal Palace. The characters don't embarass you--just come around your table and pose for pictures with you and maybe a little good natured ribbing. It's a lot of fun--I think you'd enjoy any character breakfast you try!

1900 Park Fare at the GF has a nice atmosphere, in my opinion.

Our teens(6 of them) enjoyed Donalds brakfast at AK because of the little gags the servers were pulling. I personally was not overly thrilled with this one and prefer Chef Mickeys.

We prefer 1900 Park Fare just because of the quieter, more refined (think, less embarassment) atmosphere. AND the food is great!

Another vote for 1900 PF breakfast. The characters are more entertaining. The Mad Hatter is a riot! Our server was even entertaining. He kept us laughing. They seem to really enjoy what they do there. Have a great trip! :)

My vote is for the Crystal Palace. The Pooh characters are fun and definitely won't embarrass you. The food is also very good, and it's a very pretty restaurant--a great place to take pictures!

Crystal Palace is nice. It is so beautiful. But if you chose to do the CB on a non-park day we like Cape May at BC.

Chef Mickeys is great and the chracters spend so much time with you. :cool1:

It depends on what characters you like -- my dd loves Pooh but really doesn't want to be bothered with the Princesses anymore. Liberty Tree Tavern is nice, I like the layout and the feel of being in a private room, plus we love Chip and Dale.

I think Chef Mickey's would be fun for that age. Kinda quirky.
Donald's was the worst character meal we've ever had and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I took my DS18 and his DGF(17) to the Crystal Palace for breakfast. We all loved it!!! The Pooh characters are great. They will not embarass you!

I think Crystal Palace would be a good place for teenage girls. It is a very pretty restaurant and Pooh & pals are really cute. It's not embarrassing at all.
