We have NO PS for this trip! (A big step for an OCD planner!:D )
We will see Fantasmic for the first time

In May-
We're staying at a monorail resort for the first time
We're eating at California Grill for the first time

We're going "home" for the 1st time to the VWL! Have a 1bedroom reserved

We are going to eat at Citricos, Cape May Cafe and Boma's all for the first time

Typhoon Lagoon

in oct we are planning to see
both wishes and fantasmic for the first time

we are also vacationing with DMIL for the first time

For our May trip we have 3 big firsts:

Staying at OKW for the first time.

Going to Member Homecoming for the fist time (since it is the first time they are holding it).:D

Taking the Segway tour for the first time.

We're really excited!

We are all going to be so busy!

One other thing I thought I would do for fun is to see how much Mr Potato Head things DD & I can stuff in a box. She is not so into Potato Head, but I know she will like to stuff the box.

We'll take it to Ronald McDonald house or save it for a toy drive when we get home. That way, we'll have fun, it won't sit around my house collecting dust, and someone else will get the benefit.

We will be staying at Fort Wilderness for the first time and doing the Family Magic Tour at the Magic Kingdom.

Can't Wait!!

We will be surprising 4 of our kids with an April trip on Easter !

We will be taking my parents for their FIRST time ever!! So I am TRYING to be content with a slower trip!! LOL the planner in me is soooo upset not to have EVERY meal planned...but I want to let my parents have a slower trip.

I also plan to have a WHOLE DAY at the poly without going to the parks!! Something we have NEVER done!

Well, we've never stayed together onsite before. I have stayed onsite solo and with my family when I was growing up, but my boyfriend and I have only ever stayed offsite.

Also, we're only making one PS....I'm a little worried about that.

Also, doing MVMCP. :)

A couple of things.

1) I've booked the Segway Behind The World Showcase tour. My DW knows about it, but it will be a surprise for DD24. She has no clue they even have this tour. I'm going to tell her we're going to go to Epcot early that morning and then surprise her. She is going to be so thrilled.

2) Since DW and DD24 are really into that mother/daughter bonding thing right now; I plan on spending some time by myself and just enjoy WDW doing things I like to do. For example, neither of them care for Pleasure Island at all but I do enjoy the Adventurers Club, so one night I plan on just leaving them at VWL and I plan on hitting AC by myself. Also, I may just take off one morning and do a commando style attack of all four parks and let them lay out by the pool. Also, I'm sure they will want to go by the wedding pavilion and that is the last place on earth I'm interested in seeing - so I can see some additional alone time then. I'm really looking forward to spending some time just by myself at my favorite place in the world.

1.. We plan to stay at POFQ or WL
2. We plan to do a water park, haven't decided on TL or BB
3. Hoping to go to MNNSHP

We are looking forward to :
Wishes
Taking DD7 on BTMRR and Splash Mountain....she was too short last time!
Also going to check out miniature golf and maybe the Boardwalk. DD wants to have a Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream, but I'm not so sure about that!

Have a great trip everbody!

We are doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour for the first time and also going to the Grand Floridian for a Swedish Massage in the middle of our trip to perk us up for the rest of the vacation!!

We have a day planned.....Keys to the Kingdom tour, Massage, Fultons for dinner and then Cirque, although I have seen Cirque already 3 times....planning the day different and not really going through a park except on the tour is definitely a first for me!!

Oh my lord.....so many things!

* Staying at the Beach Club

*Staying at the Polynesian

*Using an annual pass

*visiting a water park, maybe 2

*visiting DisneyQuest

*staying more than 5 nights

*eating at a plethora of Disney restuarants (I've only eaten counter-service and at Jiko)

* not really Disney, but visiting Islands of Adventure

*taking an Illuminations cruise

I'm sure there's a few things that I'm forgetting about! I'm SO excited!

Edited to add: I TOTALLY forgot! We're going to see LaNouba too!

This is a really fun thread!!

We're probably going to go horseback riding at Fort Wilderness for the first time! We also have two "down" days - one we'll probably go to Typhoon Lagoon, but the other - I think it will be nice to just lounge around by the pool. The kids are thinking Disney Quest, which we've never done before.

(On our Oct trip, we saw LaNouba - what a GREAT show!!! It was our first time seeing the show!)

In May...

two new resorts for us POP and BWV
two new friends Sharon and DD Callie
(met them on DISboards)
two new places to eat...Cape May Cafe and Donalds (AK)

In Sept.....

one new resort Saratoga Springs Resort (DVC owner since 1/04)
one new dinner show...Mickeys backyard BBQ
one new adventure...horseback riding at Fort Wilderness
one new highlight...Illumnations cruise (hoping)

I'm sure Sept will have more added. We will be there 9 nights.

There are alot of new things we are going to do this just highlights the biggest ones.

This is a neat way to see what others are doing. Lets keep it going.

Lori

PS...did Family Magic Tour..had a blast
saw WISHES...cried the whole time WOW
POFQ is nice...pool slide is fun for kids
mini golf at fantasia gardens was a blast
MNSSHP---was a great time...don't miss the parade

I am taking my oldest DGD in Dec. It will be the first trip to WDW for me with a child. She will be eight. Because it will be into the Christmas season there will be many firsts like MVMCP and the Candlelight Processional. Then of course all the little Christmas extras that are in the parks this time of year, plus I would like to do a little resort hopping and check out the Christmas decorations. Also since I am going with a child I am planning to take touring the parks down a notch and see some of the shows that I have missed in the past. Planning on doing the Cape May Clam Bake; my DGD is a true seafood lover. It will be the first time I have stayed at VWL too. My DGD will be doing The Grand Adventures In Cooking at the GF and while she is there I am planning on having a message at the Spa, a first for me. Just thinking about that gets me relaxing. It just sounds heavenly to me. I just bet the angels vacation at the world too.

Ride all the Disney Rollercoasters! (DH does not like them, and I have always felt guilty leaving him sitting on a bench)

This trip is with my Sorority Sister and her DD (15 yr).

Guess I need to add more 1st times:

Kennedy Space Center
Islands of Adventure
Wishes
Stitch
FW campfire
