Since Santa is bringing DS10.5 the Playstation 2 and Mom is giving DH a DVD player there will be lots of PS2 games etc and lots of new DVDs.
What about your tree?

The first answer that popped into my head?

Love....

too mushy? I'm just feelin the Christmas spirit this a.m., we got a nice dusting of snow and it just get's me in the mushy Christmas mood!

Other than that, no Major gifts this year, so lots of Video games, tools, clothing, toys, etc.

Similiar! Gamecube games, DVD's(getting the player too), and dolls(Big and small, playset types etc)!

Quite a few PS2 games for my son. My daughter is getting a variety of things: books, dolls, art stuff. My hubby and I just got each other a digital camera, so we'll just be giving each other basics, like slippers, etc. Neat question!

Oh, I forgot about all the digital camera stuff:p ! DD's is also a big variety too!

I like by the sea's answer. :)

My kids each got a few video games and electronic toys, but this year, I concentrated mostly on board games. They are getting to the age where playing board games with them can be a lot of fun (I think we have finally retired Candyland, yay! ). I remember playing a lot of board games growing up, and we would play with them for hours and hours and not get bored. I want to encourage my kids to find that same kind of interest. Also, lots of arts and crafts gifts, as in every year. My kids are like their Mommy - they always like to have an art project going. :)

"BUILDING STUFF"............. our little guy loves "kits" to put things together:D :D :D ........

toys/books for granddaughter

shoot-em'-up-bang-bang videos for DH - as well as edible goodies for him and a HUGE fruitcake (he's one of those rare individuals that actually LIKES fruitcake)

books, videos and scrapbook supplies for me

The first thing that came to mind was.......
lots and lots of Disney wrapping paper!!!!!

Same here. PS2, games and accessories will dominate under the tree this year!

I would'nt say that there is an overwhelming out of any ONE thing. Some games for the Game Boy Advanced, some low tech games like a nice chess set for DH, big electronics (DH's new ham radio), science kits (can't say which ones because she is a DISer and might read it!), books, and lots of other odds and ends. My trip to DIS CON was my big Christmas/birthday present combined. So this is the first year in a long while... that we did not splurge on a big FAMILY gift to ourselves. Made up for it with a plethora of smaller items. Although DH's ham radio qualifies as a BIG gift!

Well, the first thing that came into my head was dropped pine needles.

But if any one thing is prevelent (sp?), it is probably clothes. Game cube games cost to much to get more than one. And DD is getting one big item, plus some smaller things.

Barbi's and baby dolls.......... Oh and 50% off Disney halloween costumes!

I got two girls ages 3 and 2.......

Mostly Spiderman stuff for my 5 year old...he is into that movie/cartoon big time this year! :) My 3 year old is getting mostly Little Mermaid stuf! :)
