Our trip was June 2015. If we go September 2019, what will be new/changed since our last trip within the 4 parks? Attractions, shows, rides etc?

I'm sure I won't remember everything, but...

Toy Story Land and its attractions (DHS)
Pandora and its attractions (AK)
Rivers of Light? (AK)
Happily Ever After (MK)
Seven Dwarves Mine Train? (MK)
Frozen ride (EP)

Several rides have closed or are being refurbished. Do a search for that one. Allears dot net is a good resource for that information.

New restaurants have opened and existing ones have changed (like Artist Point). Again, you could search for that.

This isn't an inclusive list, but it's what first came to my mind.

If Star Wars is actually open during your trip, all of WDW will be more crowded than usual. They have been building new DVC rooms and expanding resorts the past couple of years. They have added lanes to roads, added roads, and added access ramps to roads. They have even changed the way you drive to MK and DHS. You have been, um.....warned!
