My DSis, who's a FL resident, is hopefully going to come over to visit with me with I'm at WDW in late November for a couple of days. Where's the best place to buy FL resident tix? It would have to be at least for 2 days and with park hopper option. I'm hoping to find the best deal for her. I'm thinking if it's not too much to add non-expiry option, maybe she'll take our mother over to Epcot some day this winter as our mother winters down there so extra days might be okay.

You might want to look at the Everything About WDW Tickets locked sticky in this Forum. Especially the items bolded in the list below.

As far as I know, the only place to purchase FL resident tickets is through Disney. The only discount for advance purchase that I am aware of are one day tickets.

You can purchase discounted fl resident tickets through AAA. You must be a member, and you will only get a voucher that will be changed into a ticket when she shows up at the gate and shows her ID.

I'd go with the florida resident 3 day play pass. It won't give her park hopper, but the ticket is good for 6 months from first date of use. And only about 100$. I can't understand why any one would spend double or more on a regular MYW ticket for a couple days of park hopping.
She could also look into a seasonal passport. It's around 200$, it'll be good for the whole year, minus major holidays and summer. So if your dates aren't blocked out, it'll be worth it for the park hopping abilities.

Or she could purchase her 3 day play pass during your trip, if it's during thanksgiving. Then within the 6 months upgrade to a seasonal to enjoy disney for the rest of the year. Ticket will expire on the anniversary date of the first ticket.
This is what we used to do, back when it was the play 4. Buy a play 4 for the summer, at the end of summer upgrade to a seasonal to enjoy the fall-spring. Then buy another play 4 for the start of the summer.
