What website will show a Disney Deal first?

So...if they DID decide to wait until 10/1 to release promos for Spring of 2013, as I've seen some people on hear suggest.... where and when would I find that out the soonest? Should I keep an eye on the Disney World website....All Ears...HERE? I am going to change my dates if I means I can get a good deal (FD???) by doing so.

I subscribed to the December Discount thread in the "Disney Discount Codes and Rates" forum. Someone there posted it immediately when the discount I was looking for popped up.

But I already knew because Disney had an ad in the banner at the top of this page. They advertise heavily on the DIS.

I always check Mousesavers.com. Mary is on top of the discounts and she posts the codes as soon as they go live. I'm not seeing anything new today. She updated both the room-only and package discount pages yesterday. Both discounts are based on the Fall Savings Room-only discount and run thru 12/22/12. It looks like it was just an extension of the booking deadline for an already-existing discount.
