Sorry to hear PT!! Too bad you missed out on Castle Vampyr (for theming) and Horror in Wax (for scares)...the two best houses there, but you would have had to do those right away, before the crowds built up.
I've gone into Diso twice. The first time there were like...4 or 5 people in there....I swear. Nothing happened...the scareactors were just standing there. Sure, it was the Stay and Scream, so the event hadn't started official yet, but still. The second time I went in the house (different day) for Stay and Scream, there were MANY more scareactors, and they all would jump out at you...except one lady said "Heeeeeeey!" to me (Think "The Parkers" TV Show...)...which was odd...dunno if she recognized me, or if she thought that was scary...or who knows.
When I went into GhostTown, the make-up was pretty good...nearly felt sick after looking at some of the characters. But I can see how easy it would be to overdo it to a point it looks ridiculous.
Never went into Deadtropolis...the only house I haven't been in. It sure stinks up the Beetlejucie Show though!
