What was your best activity/excursion on Nassau?

Help! I have been researching many previous threads about activities and motels to spend the day on Nassau. What are the best choices for a couple to choose in Nassau? Atlantis or Cable Beach? What about the British Colonial Hilton? Anyone been there recently that could share any thoughts or opinions?

Just back from 3 day with stop at Nassau... 2nd trip there so skipped the "city tour" and the "shopping" for a trip and short tour of Atlantis with lots of time afterward to wander around and flexible times for ride back to the ship. Would definately vote for Atlantis. Be sure to wander around the marina and drool over the private boats docked there!!! Also marina has a nice cafe to pick up a light lunch (the two of us shared a french dip sandwich with fries and it was more than enough food and reasonably priced) Enjoy
