What was the name/year of this Disney tv special?

Please tell me I'm not crazy and someone else remembers this tv special. It would've been in the late 80's/early 90's and it may have been one of the anniversary specials. All I remember was a boy meeting a girl who took him all around Disney World. At the end they are riding Haunted Mansion and she takes him to dance in the ballroom scene. As they are dancing, she fades away because she was one of the ghosts all along.
