When the dining plan first came out you could get an appetizer, entree, dessert, and drink on it and your tip was included. We went with my mom and grandparents and had two rooms. We got the dining plan on the room with 3 people and did not get it on the room with 2 people. I can't remember now what it cost, but all 5 of us ate all we could all week on those 3 meal plans. I kept the receipts for a long time just to remember what a great deal it was!

To me the best free thing in WDW is walking at night around DTD.

The look on my kids faces as they glimpsed cinderella's castle from the boat as we made our way to Magic Kingdom from the ticketing and transportation area. A bargain no matter the cost. And that's why we DVC!
