What Walt Disney World restaurants are best for gluten free diets?

Any sitdown type restaurant other than the snack bar types can very easily handle gluten free or other allergy issues. When you make reservations, tell them then and when you check in for the restaurant, remind them and then tell your waitperson. Usually they will have a chef come to the table to discuss options or depending on the place the waiter maybe well versed enough. They even have a roll that is gluten free(made from tapioca I think). The restaurants at the hotels are also very accomodating.
 
I would also try Teppan Edo -- rice, meats, and veggies. I would double check on the dipping sauces to be sure they don't have a flour based thickener, but otherwise, I think you'd be ok here....plus, sushi and hibachi, yum!
