What villains are out at Mickey's Trick or Treat Party?

I've seen Jafar, Maleficiant, Gov. Radcliffe, the Bowler Hat Guy, the old hag, and Captain Hook. But of course, it could change.For some reason I have a feeling that Hades was there, but I don't remember and it also feels like he wasn't there.

you know i think they retired bbw...I remember seeing him a loooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggg time ago...he was over there fiddle farting around by the city hall/fire station area and his dumb big ears busted out a light that was the funniest thing...he started looking around to see if anyone saw it(dramatically of course) and took off running motioning for everyone to shush and not tell he did it lol it was hilarious but I havent seen him in years
