What use years are being sold at SSR Phase II???

Does anyone know what use years are being sold right now for SSR Phase II??? We are debating the free vacation vs. $10 off pp. and would like to know what is avail. We usually go in Feb-Early March and I think would need a Dec., Jan or Feb. Use year for Banking options.

My guide told me the use years for Phase II start in April 05. I ended up getting an October 05 use year.

No such thing as a January use-year, so Oct, Dec or Feb would probly be best. And since they are just building it, I imagine you can have any use-year they offer.

We bought on the ship a couple of weeks ago and, at the time, Brandon said that our use year would be July. But, we got our papers today and they say our use year is March '05.

My wonderful guide said that our year would start March '05 but I haven't signed the papers yet. They should be here any day now!!

Welcome! When did you decide to buy in? I know that just a few days ago you were still thinking about it! I see from your tag that you cruise. This will be the main use of our point for the next few years!

I called as soon as I could yesterday and after a 40 minute conversation with my guide I was ready to give him my down payment. I just had a short conversation with DH to tell him what I thought, got the terms sorted and called Byron back with the down pymt. He Fed-Ex'ed a whole new info kit with updated prices and my paperwork. It's funny but I feel so relieved now that we decided to just do it! The worst part about it is that we do have the cruise scheduled so I don't see us being able to go "home" until September or the first week of December---humm, maybe both?!?! Actually since I'm in phase II it worked out perfectly because the cruise will be paid off for about three months before my first DVC pymt is due. Luckily we're only financing for 3 yrs so we'll be able to cruise again after the DVC is paid for. I just can't wait to receive my goodies!!! Thanks for all the help the other day.

Thank you! It sounds so corny but someone welcomed me "home" yesterday and I teared up when I told my husband about it. I guess it just makes it seem that much more real--wow, this really is happening! Thanks again, I can't say it enough!
