What type of ride are you hoping wdw devlopes next?

I'd like to be outside, legs dangling, riding around the park. I don't even care about what the theme might be.

No more rides where I ride past characters on screens, please.

I would like to see a new pixar ride in DHS.

I would also like to the the indy speedway revamped into a Cars Speedway.

I am ready for anything else!

I would love another dark ride at DHS or AK. Not a thrill ride, although I love those, but something a little more family friendly. I feel both parks are in desperate need of some D-ticket, family rides. I'll leave the theming and ride mechanisms to the imagineers, even though a Monster's Inc. ride based on the closet doors has always been in my dreams for DHS. :goodvibes

The doors flying by would make for such a great ride.

I'd love to see something with Tangled. I just keep imagining sitting on a boat with the lanterns all around me. That's my favorite scene, and I'd love to experience that in real life.

Disney have their hands full, after Fantasyland and AVATAR land, there should be some revamping time. Figment makes me sad to see the way it is today, in fact the whole imagination pavillion. Quite ironic considering how much imagination WDI has. :(
After that it will probably be DHS's turn. A pixar area would be appealing and a great addition(somthing similar to Walt Disney Studios).
The Monsters Inc Door ride being one of the major attractions. Anyone been on Droomvlucht at Efterling? I would include a link but I'm under 10 posts.
Have an updated version as it's from 1994, and some different theming and whola. It's family friendly, and something the younger kids can go on. I remember strongly when I was young the lack of things to do at MGM apart from the playground and shows. Also the videos don't do this ride justice, the part where you descend from the trees really makes you go wow.

I believe that disney does plenty for the young kids but I feel that they don't really take into account the teenage crowd and early 20's crowd who want thrill rides or rides made to fit what they find fun. With the fantasy land expansion I believe they are covering the young crowd which is why they should consider expanding DHS to fit the teen/early 20's crowd with a thrill rides.

Agreed, like how about a good ole state of the art steel rollercoaster! Theme it however you want, just give us some bigger badder thrill rides. The MK is basically centered around small children. That's fine and dandy. Keep it that way for the traditionalists. But give the bigger kids and adults some bigger thrill rides in HS and AK. Went to US/IOA for the first time this year and thought they have a great mix of rides for all ages!! Was the best part of the trip this year actually!

I want a monsters roller coaster. Maybe with monsters university coming out they will make one.

Another slow, family friendly dark ride. I love them all and it truly is what Disney does best. Thrill rides are fine for other theme parks -- WDW is all about the style and the magic and should be accessible to everyone.

What's going on in the body wars pavilion in Epcot? Is anything there currently or any plans for something to go in? Haven't been to WDW for 5 years now and haven't seen that area mentioned anywhere....

Wonders of Life was their testbed for their Pleasure Island plans....

.....It's still empty after all these years and is only opened for life occasionally for special events.

Thats why I like Disney - none of our family are into thrill rides, we're not adrenalin junkies. Thrill rides at theme parks have been done, over and over. Thats what makes DIsney different. You want thrill go to US or Six Flags :)

Another thrill ride! While I do like the new FL expansion, it's geared more towards kids. I have absolutely no interest in an Avatar area, and am really disappointed that they are wasting their money there. I'd love to see a new roller coaster or thrill ride like ToT.

I would love to see them add attractions to DHS. That park just feels like it's lacking something. I agree that adding a whole Pixar section would be great. The whole backlot area (Streets of America & backlot tour) seem like a total waste of space outside of the holidays for Osborne Lights.

I would like a ride that is a 'slow family friendly dark ride' but one that has some 'fast/fun' stuff in it too. Like Splash but WITHOUT the big drop. There is some fun little drops and such but nothing too scary. Or like ummm...that ride in Epcot- Maelstrom- it's got some 'FUN' movement, a little hill, but nothing that a family can't ride together.

Disney, despite all the changes over the years, has maintained its focus on being a family park. I'm sure the day will come when my kids will prefer the dark side...but a few years later they'll be bringing their own kids back to WDW (and hopefully the grandparents, too  ). I, for one, am grateful that Disney has chosen to focus their resources on things like the Fantasyland expansion.
