I purchased a memory makers magazine and they have directions for an adorable memory clipboard.

I have read the directions and I don't know what kind of adhesive to use to glue the paper to the clipboard. :confused3

In my scrapbooks all I have used is Creative Memories tape runners. I don't really want to use up my tape runners.

Have any of you made this or seen it in the magazine?

Thanks for any help!:flower3:

Is this an altered clipboard? I use Modge Podge. I know others have used the spray acylic sealer from Michaels.

and don't worry if the paper bubbles -- it's going to settle down as it dries

I was going to say Modge Podge too!:thumbsup2

Hmm, in the past I have used a spray adhesive and it worked well but got all over my hands and was pretty messy. It sounds like Modge Podge is a better solution!

WHat do you think?

The photos are my nephews, I hope to give it to my Sister in Law as a gift.

very nice! thanks for sharing a pic with us!

Great job on it: I am sure your sister in law will love it!

Thank you for all of your sweet compliments!:flower3:

If you make one I would recommend using a legal size clipboard. The directions weren't specific in the magazine and so I went with the letter size but you can put a lot more photos on a legal size. The clipboards were so cheap too! They were three for $3.00 at Office Depot.

Now I want to try to make one for each of my nieces.

How beautiful! (And cute kids!!). I've wondered about "altered" products as I couldn't really imagine why I'd bother, but I can see theres yet another thing to add to my shopping list:scared1:

Did you use actual photos or did you print them on non-photo paper? It's cute, btw.:)

I used actual photos that were printed by kodak. I don't print photos at home because I am afraid they will fade.

We got a new color printer for Christmas so I should try it out.

I wanted to add an embellishment or a title to it so I may have to browse around Michael's again.
