What TV channel in the resorts is the Bounceback extension number listed on?

From what I have read on other threads people say if you don't have a Bounceback offer sheet is to then turn on the TV to one of the WDW Resort channels and the extension number for the Bounceback will be listed at the bottom of the screen. Well this past August when I was staying at the Contemporary and Boardwalk Inn I turned on the WDW Today channel that lists all the hours for the theme parks, water parks and Downtown Disney, however not once did I see the Bounceback extension number. I then turned on the Contemporary and Boardwalk info channels and once again the Bounceback number did not come on the TV screen. Now I happened to remember the extension for the Bounceback is 8844, however someone else might not remember it and what if they don't have a Bounceback offer sheet or don't see the number on the TV screen, then what are they supposed to do?

I heard that anyone could call 8844 from their room phone and ask I haven't tried it yet myself, so I don't know if it's accurate or not
