What TS or CS places serve spaghetti?

We're headed to the World next month with our 3 kids. My DS3 is on a feeding tube. Besides crunchy snacks, about the only solid food he eats right now is spaghetti. Without going through every single menu, I was wondering if people might be able to tell me which restaurants have spaghetti on the menu, especially the kids menu. Unfortunately, it has to be spaghetti, not ziti or any other shape.

I know we've gotten kids' spaghetti at Tony's in MK and at Tutto Italia in Epcot. Yak and Yeti's CS in the AK does kids' lo mein, which in texture and shape is very like spaghetti - the noodles in their lo mein are perhaps slightly larger around than actual spaghetti, but they are not much different, not like tubes or ravioli or macaroni shapes.

My children ordered spaghetti with a choice of sauce at Mama Melrose in DHS. At one time DS ordered spagetti with butter in Le celliers in Epcot, but I'm not sure the pasta stays the same.
