What to put on your feet? I forgot!!

I remember reading here awhile ago about something to put on your feet but i can't remember what it was called ( I will know it when I hear it) I know that they said that you can buy it at sporting goods stores and is usually w/ running equipment. I think it was a roll- on Can anyone Help this is driving me nuts!!

before my last trip I read here to use spray deoderant (I used Dove) To spray on your feet before you put on socks and sneakers. It worked great, Kept my feet cool, prevented blisters and felt like I was walking on a cloud sounds wierd but it was a great tip. My DH, DD and DS all tried it too. We all had happy feet

Body glide
You can get it, or a product similiar at a local running shoe store.
Thats where I got mine.
The one i have is like a roll-on and works great.
You can get it online too, but then you have to pay shipping.

I got mine at a camping store; REI. They also offer it online at www.rei.com

They also carry it at Eastern Mountain Sports.

It kind of looks like a deoderant stick. It really works great! I also use it to prevent chafing.

If you go to google and type in bodyglide, it will bring up the website. I can't type in the website, because the board requires so many posts before I can, sorry =/ If you go to the website though, it will explain what it does, but also tell you where you can buy it. That's how I know where to get it this weekend when I go into the big city otherwise, I'd be running everywhere looking for it !!!
