I would like to make the kids a bag of goodies for our upcoming wdw trip. I'm thinking of including a disposable camera and printing some of the pages on this site for activities/keepsakes does anyone have any ideas to add, this is our first trip & I want to make it special for my 2 boys ages 8 & 5

I'd like to know also. Boys will be 12 and 8 and girl will be 7.
I wish we could use the search option here to find out, as I am sure there have been posts about this before.
Please WDW veterans, bear with us newbies and post some ideas here, even if they have been posted before.
TIA!

How about an autograph book and pens for character meetings,
goggles or something to play with in the pool, change for video games, a fanny pack to keep snack in for the parks. Snack we pack are pb crackers, granola bars, fruit snacks.

I took my DD(then 3 1/2) for her 1st trip last Oct. A friend of mine & her DD met us there. I bought the girls Monsters Inc PJ's and Little Mikey beanies and Disney toothbrushes. I'm going in Jan with DD(4 1/2), DS(3), and baby DD(1). I have already bought the PJ's for all 3. I also have playdough for DD & DS-one with Mickey topper and the other Snow White. I also bought Mickey & Pooh playing cards (last year I bought DD Pooh Uno) and Disney coloring/sticker books. Your boys might like the press pennies so you could give them shiny pennies and quarters.

How about Disney T's?

I just made a couple for my nieces (4 and 6) who flew to Disney earlier this month.

They included:

GOH name badge* (I pinned this to the bag's handle like a gift tag)
Disney autograph book*
Disney pressed penny book*
"Fat" pen
Snack size baggie with quarters and pennies (to smoosh)
Disney fruit snacks
M&M's minis
Juice Box

*ordered from www.giftsofalifetime.com

For my 22 month old nephew I put a GOH badge and lots of snacks.

They loved their bags.

I just found some Disney character Pez dispensers today at Dollar Tree. I bought Pooh and Daisy Duck, but they also had Donald, Mickey, Minnie, Tigger, Eeyore...can't remember if there were others. You can find Disney stickers just about anywhere. And how about including some Disney Dollars?

I'm planning to make several goodie bags for our long drive. I'm planning to give the kids one every 2-3 hours. They'll include a variety of treats and snacks, small toys, arts/crafts stuff, etc., as well as new autograph books and disposable cameras. I may even stick in a new DVD or music CD. Everything won't be "Disney", but I'll try to spread out the Disney stuff to keep the excitement going.

Among the toys will be a couple of things they can play with at rest areas for a few minutes to expend some energy (balls, etc). I'm also planning to give my DD7 a small latch hook kit and/or some other craft kit (she loves crafting).

All good ideas. I just want to add that our Dollar Tree has disney keychains by the cash register. I think it would be nice to add to a goody bag!

I would pack:

Sun Glasses
Spending money
Camera
Autograph books
"Cute" pen
Snacks
Maybe a Gameboy
Goggles
Swimming toys
Gameboy Games
ETC.........

When I gave my DD money I gave her ($20) a day
she never spent it all but it was nice for her to have it handy.

Hope this helps you lots!!! :wave2:
