I HAVE A DS WHO IS 4 AND WAS JUST WOUNDERING WHAT OTHER PEOPLE TAKE AROUND THE PARK WITH YOU popcorn::

Hiya,

We always take water and juice and lots and lots of snacks... My girls like things like raisins, nuts, croissants etc. If the weather is warm then we have ice cream in the park if not then hot choc. I pick up some croissants, bread rolls at breakfast time and take them to the park. My DD1 isn't a perfect eater so snacks are A must!

Also... I always take lots of dried fruit from home, pack it in the suitcase and then take it to the parks.

HTH

Way too much

Water
snacks
camera
extra batteries
little towel/ extra socks/ umbrella (in case it rains)
paper tissues
bandaids
some first aid kit (not really first aid, but some drugs like painkillers, for when I feel nauseous (sp), when I ate something wrong, ...)

During the summer, if we plan to eat at the park: extra t shirt/ top, to change and not smell sweaty at the restaurant. Also, when it's cooler in the morning/ evening and warm during the day, I'll wear a regular t shirt in the morning and have a sleeveless one in my bag
In the summer: sunscreen lotion

Always: deodorant and perfume, I refuse to smell bad
Also Always

AP + shareholders club card
Visa and lots and lots of money

That's about it. I think

Ohhh good thread ... need tostartthinkign about this too.

We usually also have to pack my DD inhalers and antihistamine cos she has a peanut allergy (is it worth mentioing this to Disney before we get there re the dining/meals ?)

We take the sanitising hand gel also as the kids seem to touch everything and are then wanting to grab food etc so we cleanse their hands with this.

I also have a DS aged 4. On our trip this month l was able to take less than l did before for him. This time we got away with just juice & water, croissants, biscuits & the essential baby wipes (with the mess he makes l think we'll be using those until he's into his teens :rotfl2: ). Also rainproof jacket for him was very useful.

maybe ill find the micky macs b4 i go hadent thoudht of them good tip

We, having no kids, don't have to take as much....

WRONG!

I have my 'holy trinity' of: Purse (Containing Park Tickets and room key at DLRP), Keys, Phone WHEREVER I go....

At DLRP, always had: The Camera, Tissues (We are hopeless.... We usually spill a drink straight down ourselves somewhere or other....), little notebook with important contact numbers incase anything happened, I usually had to carry Robert's Wallet (Big mistake on his part.... :rotfl: :rolleyes1 :rotfl: !!) and phone too. Just don't do what he did and put the instructions for what to do if your card gets stolen in with the actual wallet and cards! :headache:
