What to keep in an Owner's Locker if you've got food allergies?

New VGF owners here!

Taking our first trip as owners to the world for Thanksgiving with my ILs. DH and DFIL are gluten intolerant. I'm thinking it would be wise for me to get an Owner's Locker to keep a toaster for DH to use to avoid cross-contamination.

Any other tips on what to keep in an Owner's Locker if you have members of your family with food allergies?

We'll use the villas for breakfasts and an occasional lunch/dinner. Our Thanksgiving trip will be at SSR and we're toying with a trip just for our immediate family in late January at VGF.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

We keep partially-used boxes of King Arthur gluten free baking mix and King Arthur gluten free flour in our locker, but that's about it. We shop for gluten-free items as part of our grocery run, but we don't keep them in our locker. We use the toaster in the villa as they wouldn't have enough gluten residue to bother the person with the intolerance.
