What to get someone who just made Fire Lieutenant

My sister was just name a Lieutenant for her fire station and I am SO proud of her! I want to get her a little something to say congrat's and I am wondering what might be a good idea. I would like to keep it under $50, if possible.

How about an engraved plaque that has her name, new title and the date she starts in her new role? It would be something she could display at the station or at her home. Or, how about a collage of pictures showing her career so far? If you can get pictures of her while she was doing her training, first time on duty, around the station when she was younger, etc. you could put them together in a frame with her name and new title engraved at the bottom. I think it would be a nice way to illustrate how far she's come.

A bouquet of flowers would be nice. You could do oranges, red and yellows or something (fire colors). That might be cute! Or take her out to lunch one day.

How about a St. Florian medal? St. Florian is the patron saint of firefighters.

Although a plaque was mentioned by a pp it won't be necessary she'll get that at the FD installation annual dinner (my DH was lifetime member of an ambulance corps believe me she will get plaques throughout her lifetime)
