I have been to Disney close to 30 times in my life, but almost always in July and August. Certainly never in February and yet here we are with a trip newly booked for Feb 11-17. I have no idea what to expect. How are the crowds, waits, weather etc. Everything I look at show conflicting info on all of this.

Similarly, my 3 year old has been twice already in her young life, but I want to do a surprise reveal this year - not at Christmas. What are some of the better reveal ideas you've done/heard of?

Not sure about ideas. But i can tell you we usually always go in February. We love it. We live in Wisconsin and it is such a great escape from winter. The weather is usually in the mid 70's. Crowds are reasonable. Lines are usually about 45 min to 90 min. We usually do ok. Friday and Saturday is usually the worst. We are going the same week you are this time and its supposed to be low to moderate people. The following week is presidents day and thats usually a busy week because of no school or ppl being off because of the holiday. Its my son's birthday that week and its the first time we have gone over his birthday so i am super excited! I guess maybe i wd just tell your daughter that you are going some place special and its a surprise. When she gets off the airplane and you go the magical express and sees all the Disney stuff, I think she'll be super excited! (That is if you are flying)
