What to do??

I earned 713 points on my S.W. VISA card this month and my Chase statement said that the points were sent to S.W. but when I checked my rapid rewards account, they are not there. All my other statements when I earned points they were there as soon as my statement closed. Who do I contact about this, Chase or S.W rapid rewards?? And am I in for a battle to get my points??
 
Sometimes it takes a few days, not sure when you billing date was. I would start with Chase. I love Southwest. I just got points back as my flight prices went down. 800 points per flight, for 3 of us that is 2,400. I think Southwest has one of the best customer service departments anywhere. :thumbsup2
 
My statement date ended on 8/1. I'm a little worried because this has never happened before. Always had my points the next day.
 
so I called chase today to find out where my 713 points were. they said that they sent them to S.W. on 8/2 and that I would have to call S.W. I called S.W. and she said that sometimes it can take up to 30 days to get your points. This has never happened before, I have ALWAYS gotten my points the day after my billing statement closes. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to find out if the points are put on and if not, have to call and argue with them about it. Has this ever happened to anyone else where you usually get your points right away and then all of a sudden you didn't. How did it turn out, did you finally get your points after 30 days or did you have to call again.? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
