What to do with disney card rewards that are expiring

I have two disney credit card reward cards that are each about $130.
I need to use them for something.
What do you think would be best?

I am thinking of going to the Disney store and using them for some tickets that I could use sometime in the future.
But I know that if there is a better alternative you all will know about it.

Maybe you could try and sell them, but make sure you list the expiration date on them.? Not sure if that is a good idea or not, something to think about at least.


Or you could go to the Disney Store and buy souvenir type stuff, clothes, for your next trip, so at least you'll have it already.

Another thought: I'm not sure if you can use Disney reward money to put towards down payment Disney hotel reservation or vacation package, but if you could and then you decide not to go or what have you, will Disney reimburse you the reward money?? Then at that point you'd get a new expiration date??

My friend did at my urging. I did with my debit card before they took away my perks ( I had debit card first time around). SEveral other disers have.

I would buy tickets they are only going to go up in price if you are going again anyway the money is best used for tickets. Gift cards are always going to cost face value so there is no benifit to buying them ahead.

I have done this a couple of times. Go to Disneyshopping.com and with the payment info, there is an option for using Disney Rewards. If I remember, you need to enter the card #.
