Going for a long weekend in September for my birthday!

It's $5 per night cheaper to book an AP rate through Disney than regualr rate at any other travel site. So...what should I do with my $15??!! :rolleyes1

Not really complaining...just think it's kind of silly.

Yeah, a bit ridiculous huh?!? I mean, the summer discounts are better than the September discounts?? Doesn't make any sense to me :headache:

We booked a BB before we left AKL earlier this month for WL courtyard view for @$630 for September 2-5th, the Woods View WL with the AP rate is $728. Glad I booked the BB before we left.

Still considering switching to POFQ to save a couple hundred dollars, but even that isn't much a bonus for AP holders, the GP discount is $458 and the AP discount rate is $441. Wow, AP holders get a whole $17 more!

I'm glad I booked two bounceback deals when we were there in May. For my Spet 10th-18th trip at CSR the bounceback was $981.37. With the AP the price is $1149.75. Uh, don't think so. I'll just keep my bounceback deal.:rotfl: The bounceback saves $528.00 off rack rate, whereas the AP just saves $347.00 for that same standard room for those same eight nights. No thanks! The bounceback for moderates was about 35%, whereas the AP rate for moderates seems to be about 24% off.

I've also got another bounceback deal booked for CSR Nov 27th-Dec 4th (with a rack rate room booked for one night on Nov 26th, since that date wasn't included in the bounceback dates). I wonder what the AP rates will be for that time frame? I was hoping to combine those two ressies into one using an AP discount, but if they aren't any better than the ones for Sept, looks like I'll have one night with the AP discount and the other seven nights under the bounceback.
