What to do with 4 extra points?

Please help me figure out what I should do with 4 banked points that expire in March!

To pay the $95 exchange fee to try to find a one-nighter seems kind of sillly but it's also silly not to use them. Is there a way of donating them or selling them to someone who is short this year?

I keep reading on the rent/trade boards but the lists of rules are a bit daunting! I'd appreciate any feedback. This is only my 2nd year as a DVC member so I'm still not sure how to handle things.

You don't say where you are from? Any chance you could add a couple of points from Disney for a short weekend trip... I think you can buy up to 24 pts to add to a ressie (If I have this amount wrong please jump in), you could use up to 28 pts then...

I have the same problem! I have just decided to let them go I have 2 points that I can't use and will expire soon.

The rent trade board really isn't all that scarey especially when you are only dealing with a couple of points. You might find someone who is short a few points and could work out a transfer. You get a little cash and they get what they need to finish their vacation plan.

I personally would just let them go.. Its only 4 points.. if it was 40 then I would do something with them. But it is only 4 so you are not losing out on much.

I would post them on the rent/trade board for $8 a point. This will be a great deal for some who is just short a few points.
