What to do with 1 Day tickets - need to purchase to get dinning plan

I thought that I had read somewhere that I could upgrade the 5 - 1 day tickets that i had to puchase in order to get the dinning plan. We already have our annual passes, but wanted to try the dinning plan. Is there anyway that I can combine the tickets and save it for later. Not sure if this is even posted on the correct board, but since it has to do the the dinning plan I thought that I would start here.

Any help or ideas would be very much appreicated.

We bought one day passes in a package in Jan 2006 years ago to get the dining plan and then used them to renew our annusal passes during our 8/06 trip. We had to be in WDW to do it. We took care of it at Guest Relations in DTD. The passes never expire. In fact, I still have one pass left from that trip that I will be upgrading to a 5 day park hopper for my niece for our summer trip. I hope this helps you!

You can save your tickets and put them towards next years AP. They cannot be combined. you would have to upgrade to 5 separate tickets.

thanks for the advice. I thought that these tickets would expire - so are you saying that they are good forever - until we renew. We just bought our annuals in 11/06, so I will not need to renew on this trip.


Just trying to get it all worked out before we leave.

Yes, just tuck them away and put a note on them so you know what they are. We got the 2 one-day tickets during the free DDP in August. In October I renewed my AP and they applied the $71 towards the renewal cost and I paid the difference. In April hubby will use his towards his renewal. And if the free ddp comes out again in August, we both will have 2 new one-day tickets to hold for future ticket costs.

Use a permanent marker and write on the front of each ticket what they are. I started doing this as I kept ending up with tickets that still had unused days/plusses and I was afraid I would accidentally throw some of them away.

Were you actually able to RENEW your annual pass or did you have to purchase a NEW annual pass??
