Actually, I think I like the alien better.

DH cleaned the bathroom yesterday - scrubbed it from top to bottom. To give you a clue as the last time he ever did that - he had to ask me how to clean the toilet.

This morning, at 7:30 am, he cleaned the kitchen, swept and mopped it.

And he started emptying his suitcases from his training thing - less than a week after he got back!

I'm nearly positive this isn't MY husband. Should I keep him anyway?

I would not let on that you know that your DH is "gone" ;)

lol where was his training thing at?? I might have to send DH to get a little training of his own :teeth:

Sorry, it was an Air Force training program that's not open to civilians. Otherwise everyone would send their husbands! :p

Do you know where I can find some of these 'aliens'??:sunny:

I'd keep him but are you sure he's not trying to soften you up for something? You know how this "big kids" are ;) .

Sounds like a good alien to me. ;)

And to be honest...I wouldnt know how to clean a toilet either. That has been DH's job since day 1. :teeth:

Hang on... he emptied his suitcase... less than a week after he got back?! What madness is this?! Are you *sure* you can't open this training up to everyone somehow - if you could you would sure make a lot of money LOL...

Enjoy!

Just enjoy it for now-so that when he is in the sand and you are all alone you can remember these moments.

:rotfl: I'd keep the alien!!!! He'll probably leave and then come back in spurts. I know the one that fills in for my husband does that. :teeth:

Has he started to turn green?? Does he talk to the animals and nod his head as he's listening to them? Do Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones scare him?

Or - Does he have a speeding ticket hidden in the glove box? Is he planning on surprising you with the news that his parents are coming to visit for a month??

;)

No speeding tickets - I'd be the one cleaning for those in this house. ;) And his parents can't come down, since we're moving in a week and a half!

Keep him and count your lucky stars!! Wait until he starts coming home from TDYs, and you can literally follow his path from the front door around the house because he jettisons things where ever he is standing/walking at the time!!

My DH empties his suitcase within 24 hours, but it doesn't always end up where it belongs!! And I still have to do all that extra laundry!!!
