Hello,
I have now booked my flights so we are definitely going to DLP on April 16th for 4 nights. There will be 2 adults and 2 children travelling and now I need to decide which hotel to book.
There are 4 for 3 night offers when booking through Disney. I have decided to go for an on-site hotel. This is the first time any of us have been to Disneyland and we want to get as much out of it as possible.
I'm thinking that the Cheyenne looks like a good choice. It is within walking distance (even my 4 yo is well used to walking). The reviews are mostly favourable. The price is good, freeing up cash to spend on meals and shows etc.
The rooms seem to be clean and comfortable, even if you need to pack your own toiletries (no big deal).
The downside is that it doesn't have a pool, which my daughter would prefer. However, I think we'd be too busy doing other things to miss it. But I'm not sure.
What would there be to do in the evening for for a family with children aged 4 and 8? The park closing times are not yet shown for April.
Are any of the shows on in the evening?
I'd appreciate any advice from all you veterans!
Sharon
