My mother and I (both adults) and my seven year old son are going to Disney World, staying at Pop Century this June. I want to buy the dining plan for myself and my son, but my mother won't participate. We are sharing a room, and booked together.
I know my mother will not change her mind, but my husband and I have done the dining plan before and found it to be an excellent value.
I have discovered that the official Disney policy is all or nothing on this (I called the resort and asked). My mother is only sharing a room with us, so she won't even be touring or eating with us.
We would appreciate any ideas or suggestions on how to get the dining plan for just my son and I. (No, convincing my mother will not work...)
Thanks,
Jennifer S.
