We want to take a night for just my dh and I. We will be celebrating our 10th anniversary. This is the first time we are staying at a resort (contemporary). Since our youngest will be two, we can not put him in a kids club. Disney referred us to kidz nite out, has anyone ever used them? Also, is there much to do after the parks close? We thought of dtd, but we are not really bar/club kind of people. Any thoughts would be appreciated. We are so lost about what to do. :confused3

i would say you dont have to go very far... dinner at the california grill would be great for celebrating a anniversary. i dont know too much about the babysitting service but i know personally i would feel better still being in the hotel just incase of anything and the california grill is romantic and you could stay up there at the bar after dinner and just relax if you wanted to

We used Kids Night Out in Sept & were very happy w/ the service. Our sitter was Eleanor. She was an older lady & is very sweet.

As for what to do, DH & I are NOT club/bar people either. But, we love The Adventurer's Club - it is so much fun!!! I highly recommend going there on your night out.

I don't know about the babysitting, but dh and I are not bar people, but LOVED Jellyrolls on the board walk. It is a dueling piano bar where you can request songs and the pianists play and everyone sings. It is something we would do after a nice dinner (if it were us celebrating!)

We used kidz night out in September for our 2 & 4 year old. They were awesome. Expensive, but awesome! They have a 4 hour minimum. We don't ever use a sitter at home, so this was a first for us!

We had dinner at DTD and then saw Cirque. You could also do Jellyrolls. I LOVE that place! We are in Seattle, and stay on Seattle time when at Disney, before we had kids we would go there every night and close the place! (We usually stayed at the Boardwalk.)

We went and saw the early show at cirque and had dinner at Victoria and Alberts! It was great...exactly what we needed.
