What to do besides Univ,WDW, Seaworld, SO MANY IDEAS!

Hello all,
We've been to WDW a few times now. Always staying on site. However I am surprising my hubby with a trip to Orlando offsite. I plan on one day at WDW, one day at Universal and then he can pick the rest. I am thinking he'll pick Cape Canaveral but for the other three days what do you suggest? If we don't go to WDW or Universal again. We are not into sports and my hubby isn't into rides. SeaWorld doesn't interest us much. Any special ideas? There is just so much that I'm not sure what to give him for suggestions!

Have you looked at Discovery Cove? WOW it's like an escape to an island beach. We have done it numerous times without the dolphin encounter, just straight up Resort Guests. It's all inclusive and pretty special.

How about Busch Gardens for some great coasters? Head to the beach? Maybe go to Ponce Inlet Light house up by New Smyrna? Go out on a gambling cruise or deep sea fishing? Come to Melbourne and do Tank America crush some cars and then do some paint ball? F0rever Florida?

Do you like waterparks? Plenty of those. Considering your tastes, why not go on a 3-night cruise out of Port Canaveral?

In general, I don't recommend people mix Disney and Universal in one trip because of the costs. The longer you stay, the cheaper it is and they both have plenty to offer.
