Definitely Journey Into Imagination. It's different now, but I loved that one when I was little. Spaceship Earth is fantastic if they need a nap, Living with the Land if your child likes boat rides, and the Universe of Energy always entertained me - depends on if your kid is fascinated by dinosaurs or will be scared. Rio del Tiempo in Mexico has some It's a Small World elements if your kids liked that one. There are also just a lot of fun spots for kids to play - the jumping fountains between FW and WS, the maze in the UK, the ship playground between Norway and Mexico...The Imagination pavilion also has a fountain that flows backwards and one that water hops from spot to spot as well as interactive activities in the labs that you can help your child play with. If they like the Lion King there is the Circle of Life movie in the Land pavilion. All of the countries have Kidcot stops where they can talk to people from those countries, make masks, and have passports stamped. Keep your eye out for the little extras, like talking water fountains near Imagaination/Land and the talking garbage can at the Fountainview. Garden Grill is a character meal, and even though the Living Seas pavilion and Turtle Talk with Crush is being rehabbed you can still see the tank and the fish from the Coral Reef restaurant. EPCOT was my favorite park as a kid...probably still is.
