Someone won one of my candle auctions, and part of the deal was that you got to choose which scents you wanted. The buyer paid me right away, but I've sent the scent list to her twice per her request, and I still haven't heard back from her. I've sent her three emails and no response. I feel bad because I have her money, but she's not communicating with me what she wants. Not sure what to do, but I don't want to send her money back to her!! :rotfl:

Maybe send her one more e-mail saying "I tried to contact you twice, if I don't here from you in 3 days I will send you _______sented candle. & you pick which one you want to send

If the e-mails don't work, I would suggest submitting the contact information request to eBay. So long as you've entered into a transaction together, eBay will e-mail you her phone number. Perhaps she doesn't check her e-mail often. This worked for me in a similar situation. Good luck! :shamrock:

Maybe her computer crashed or something and she has no way to check her e-mails. Wh oknows what emergency might have happened. I would contact e-bay. They will give you a phone number to contact her, or maybe they will send her something in the mail.

Contact ebay and fill them in. Let them contact her. Her email inbox may be full and she doesn't realize it. I sell also and that scenario has happened to me.

I've tried contacting her via ebay messages. I've sent her a total of six emails to the email address she's provided. A few minutes ago I sent her another email telling her I was concerned that I haven't heard from her, and I need to know what candles she wants in order to complete our transaction. Two minutes later she emails me via Ebay Messages, asking for the same information I've already given her a number of times! I feel like she's messing with me! We just keep going round and round. I'm really frustrated at this point and just ready to give her money back, but I don't want to risk getting negative feedback.

This is so familiar! She is probably clueless that her box is full. She just keeps waiting not realizing she can't get any more mail! Frustrating. Try to get her telephone # from ebay. You could always send her a snail mail as a last resort.
