What to do about checking in??

We will be taking our second trip Home this year (home site VWL but staying at BWV) and we are taking the family with us. ( Celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary at the Boardwalk where we honeymooned, Yahoooooooo).

I have a question, my sister is flying down, why the rest of us will be driving down from SC and I was wondering if they get there before us can they check in as our guests?? Will they be allowed to leave their bags if I am not there for the check in???

Anybody had any experience with guests getting there before members?????

As long as you add their names to your resevation, they can check-in without you.

Definitely be sure to add the names of the individuals to your room request. That way if someone arrives when you are not there, they can check in, get their ID card, etc. Have fun!
