What to do - 1 day at Disney

We are planning a trip to New Smyrna Beach next June, and we thought we would take 1 day and go to WDW. What would you do? Spend the whole day at MK? The kids will be DD (8), DD (almost 6), & DS (almost 4). My girls have been to the World, but it will have been 3 years since their last visit. My son has not been. Also, we may be bringing a friend (girl - 8)

I am also in the preliminary stages of planning a trip for the week of Thanksgiving 2007, but this would be a full week of Disney with the Grands. So the June trip would just be a "taste."

Suggestions????

If you only had 1 day, I would recommend spending entire day at Magic Kingdom. We were at Disney World from 9/22 - 9/28 with our DD6 and DD3. We went to all four parks. Magic Kingdom was BY FAR the best time for us. I think it's because there were so many rides and other things to enjoy within short walking distances from each other. It was the most "magical". My 3 1/2 year old son LOVED the Buzz Lightyear ride.

I agree with c8, the Magic Kingdom would be the most fun for the kids...and you, too.

Vote #3 for MK! We just got back from 8 days at the world and we spend most of our time there. My kids loved it and can never get enough!
