What to buy at 50% off?

Since the Creative Xpress 50% off coupon expires in a few days, I have decided to treat myself to a half of scrapping goody. Any suggestions on what to get? What did you all use the coupon on?

Lets see the first time I used it on a sizzix sidekick.....12.50



the second time I used it on the classic alphabet to go with the sizzix sidekick 37.50

the third time I bought the Round a bout alphabet to go with the sizzix sidekick 75.00

All told I spent approx 125 plus shipping and tax and saved the same.....ouch!

Hubby is a horrible enabler.....he just said if its half off get it...heres the chage card what a sweetie he is.

I have recieved one of the alphabets and am awaiting arrival of the sidekick and another....
oh and since that purchase I also bought yet another alphabet on ebay.... someone please break the computer....

so my vote is buy something expensive you would not otherwise purchase...

I say go for something expensive too - especially if it's on sale! I've been trying to talk DH into ordering my Chirstmas present - the Girls are Weird font. So far he isn't biting though.

I was never able to catch the sidekick in stock, so I decided to get the sidekick starter kit. But hey,that was 1/2 off so I am ok with it. Probably will order an alpha set next.

I ordered the Wet Paint sizzlets. At 50% off, it was a deal and my Michaels will probably never get it (at least not any time soon).

Where are you guys finding the classic alpha for $37.50?

This same site had it for $50 for a few days & then for $75. Unfortunately, it's now the same price as the others. I actually got mine for $50 & then used the 50% coupon.
