What to bring to Planning session?

so we scheduled our planning session for Aug 26..which is a couple of weeks....other than the planning kit..color samples..pictures of cakes/centerpieces/etc..what other stuff should we bring?

...and..how did yours go???....what should we expect?

I found it really helpful to come with a budget of what I can pay for everything. If made picking the floral stuff so much easier!

I also brought samples of all the paper goods I was making (invites, menus, programs, etc.).

I brought my computer! I had made a power point "inspiration" slide show when I wasn't sure if we could go in person or not.

It was a bit different than we expected. We spent a bit of timegoing over the planning sheet, going over the wedding party and all the things more logistical? The food part was great and more involved than I expected. floral was the thing most like I expected? More looking at catalogs and pictures if flowers etc. Some general budget discussion.

It was obviously helpful but was not a day of decision making, at least for us. More of the door swinging open!!

bring any color swatches of dresses and a picture of your girls dresses as well as your wedding dress.

Bring a picture of tuxes too, if possible.

Any inspiration photos that you have for center pieces, decorations, food, colors, ANYTHING!!

The planning session was pretty cool I had a lot of fun!! The menu tasting was yummmmy! my fiance and I used to work at disney so we didn't think anything of it when we went "back stage" at the grand floridian but my mom got a big kick out of it lol
