What Times Are The Characters At Garden Grill ?

What hours are the characters at Garden Grill ? The disney reservations say from 4:20pm til 4:55pm this cant be right is it?

Garden Grill is only open for dinner, but the time window listed on disney's site is obviously not correct - we've had an ADR there as late as 8:15-8:30pm before... and all of the characters were there.

No, it's not right. The website has been giving those times for other dinners at Epcot restaurants, including Le Cellier and Coral Reef. Obviously they are not the correct times.
