What time will I be at the Poly?

Our plane arrives @ 7:30pm into MCO. 2 adults 3 boys (12,11,9)

After luggage pickup and we get in our limo(Tiffany,Fl.Tour, etc..), what time should we expect to be at the Poly concierge desk?

I would love to sneak in an 'Ohana dinner with Wishes viewing if possible!

Plan on the luggage taking the better part of 45 minutes, then another ten to load it and you into the car. From that point it's about a 40 minute drive to the Polynesian. If there's no lines and a bell person at the ready, plan on another ten or so to unload, pay the car service, load the cart and get to the Hawaii building. So, probably 9:15 before you're checking in to the Polynesian.

best case scenario is luggage takes twenty five minutes, and you're checking in a few minutes before 9:00.

IMHO I wouldn't try to do Ohana that night--I think you'll be tired from travelling and not enjoy it. And if your plane is delayed, then what? I'd plan on makybe a fast dinner at Captain Cooks and then WISHES on the beach. You do'nt mention the time of the year you are going, but during slower seasons they often do WISHES between 6:00and 8:00pm.

Thanks for the tip. I was hoping it might take a little less. (that's why I needed a voice of reason)

We will be heading to the Poly Concierge for a "quick" couple days July 25-28.

I think you're right about 'Ohana not being a wise choice for that night. We will be "cramming" alot into our few days anyways.

I guess we could grab something from Concierge and watch from the beach and hit the hay.
