If my plane lands at 5:40pm. What time do you think I'm likely to arrive at BWV when using magical express?

Also, can we eat on the bus? My kids won't have eaten dinner and I'd hate to have to stop and sit down somewhere to eat.

I'd guess you'll be in the resort by 7:00 or so. Maybe a little earlier but consider anything faster a bonus. It won't likely be much earlier

Sorry, not sure about food. Maybe it would easier to get food to bring on the plane with you? That way they'd have a tray, etc. Vs. trying to eat on your lap on the bus.

I don't think you can eat on the Magic Express, although you might be able to get away with a small non-messy snack (not sure any of those exist for children :) ). On our last two trips, it was closer to two hours from plane landing to arrival at resort. Last time, we got on a bus right away, but then sat on it for more than 15 minutes while they waited for more people to get on the bus. Also on our last two trips, we were the last resort of the three, so that certainly added some time.

I thought about this a little more, and I agree with AngiTN's suggestion of bringing something to eat on the plane. You can pick up something in the airport before your flight, but it may be easier to bring a few items. We bring bananas, clementines, string cheese, cashews/almonds, pretzels, carrot sticks, goldfish. It's not dinner, but it gives the kids something to do on the flight and they aren't starving when we land. We typically fly over lunch time, which means we leave the house around 7am and don't get to our resort until 3ish. Snacks are critical for us. One more thing - we also bring gummi bears. A little treat, plus they help to unblock ears during ascent/descent.

No eating on the bus...they will stop you. I would bring something for the kids to eat on the plane. Not only will it fill them up a bit, but it will give them something to do while on the plane!!! Anything that occupies them is a good thing!!!
And you should be at BWV around 7ish. If you want to grab something to eat when you get there, head over to the Dolphin and down to Picabu. It's cafeteria style and pretty good.

We always bring sandwiches and stuff to eat on the plane.
