What time will Disney Set up rented tent?

Hi, all! Me again... Yes, I still plan on setting up a tent... but I have a new idea. For the first night (since I will be arriving around 9:30 PM) I am thinking of renting a tent from Disney. Will they set it up during the day so that it will be ready when I arrive, or will I need to check in first before they set up?

Also, since I added on a night under a different reservation number... will I need to move the next morning in order to set up my tent, or will they let me keep the same site?

1) The "day shift" people normally set up tents.
2) So, it should be no later than 4:00pm.
